Multicultural Teams

Increasing numbers of managers in international companies find themselves working as part of a home-based or remote team, whose members represent a broad diversity of cultures.

Team members need to overcome cultural barriers in order to successfully achieve common goals. These intensive and in-depth workshops comprise highly interactive sessions complemented by exercises and brainstorming sessions.

Participants deepen their understanding, try out new tools and design their own customised approach for working successfully together.

This workshop will:

develop awareness of cultural diversity and identify cultural differences
investigate these differences to avoid value clashes and build common ground in a team
provide the understanding and skills to react to different management styles and corporate cultures
explain the tools required to communicate effectively face-to-face and remotely with other team members
develop personal strategies to build an effective working relationship with other team members

 

The Result

Participants will acquire a better understanding of the cultures of other team members. They will learn practical ways of working successfully with others in a productive multicultural team.
