On 27 November 2008 the UK Border Agency introduced a new 
points-based system which requires Tier 2 skilled workers to pass a compulsory English language test before being entitled to enter and 
work in the United Kingdom. This also applies to workers wishing to 
convert their current visa to a Tier 2 Permit.

In response to this new directive, Language Solutions International developed the Elementary English Test (EET) which has been approved 
and accredited by the UK Border Agency.

We run the EET in London and throughout the UK, as well as in a growing number of overseas locations.

In locations where we do not yet run the EET we offer an exclusive service to our corporate clients where we can organise Home Office approved testing locally on a case by case basis.
