Intensive and Immersion Courses   Intensive and Immersion Courses can be extremely effective and are often cited as being the best way to learn the language as long as they are aimed at the right people. Language Solutions offer intensive immersion courses from a week to two months at any time of the year. These courses provide candidates with the most concentrated form of language training, and as such are ideal for those seconded to a new location, or with an immediate requirement to improve their language skills. In the UK courses are held at our Coldbath Square Training Centre, which is fully equipped with all the latest training material and technology. For other European locations, we offer courses through our partner school Ceran who are the world's leading provider of corporate immersion language courses. Ceran have centres in the UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Japan and the USA   Intensive English courses in the UK Foreign Immersion courses   Professional Language Solutions, London, UK   The School All our intensive courses are held in our Executive training centre in Clerkenwell, close to the City. The nearest tube is Farringdon. We are conveniently located in Central London, close to the heart of the Financial City and also to the West End. The Centre is fully equipped with 5 spacious training rooms all with cassette players and whiteboards and video. Facilities also include computers for student access, as well as a well-stocked resource centre.   Tutors All our tutors are experienced professionals. They are all mother-tongue graduates with at least one qualification in teaching their native language as a Foreign Language, and a minimum of five years' experience. In addition, for all 1:1 courses we guarantee to provide specialist tutors of Business language if required.   Pre- and post-course consultancy We believe that pre-course preparation is essential to ensure that the hours spent in the classroom are put to best use. We therefore undertake a detailed level assessment and needs analysis for all students, and liaise with them in the planning of the course. We also understand that learning does not end when your course does. We provide you with a detailed report, including a summary of the work covered, as well as indications of areas of language you should continue to work on.   Courses Offered Closed groups and 1:1 courses of any length (minimum 1 week)   Accommodation We can arrange half-board accommodation in a Host Family, in a single private executive-level room.   For more information and booking, please click here.   Foreign Immersion Courses: CERAN   Spa, Belgium Provence, France Madrid, Spain Wassenaar, Netherlands   CERAN offers residential courses where the students are "fully immersed" in the language meaning that in addition to 8 or 9 lessons per day the language is spoken in breaks, during meals and leisure time; students spend from 8am to 10.30pm in the company of Ceran teachers and staff. Courses are extremely intensive and effective.   The Ceran centres are residential and all meals from Sunday evening to Friday lunchtime are provided.   Course Format Course programmes are very varied, and the target language is used all day, even during leisure time. Ceran calls this programme "the Ceran 66 lifestyle," as participants are exposed to the language for over 66 hours per week. Group lessons are offered in small groups of 2 to 4 participants, and can be combined with additional 1:1 lessons.
