Lead Cultural Trainer - Philippe Nitzer

Philippe Nitzer is a senior cultural consultant with more than 25 years’ international business experience. He has lived and worked in France, England, the United States, the Netherlands and Spain, and travelled extensively for business in Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Philippe started his professional career in France, his native country, in the marketing and advertising industry. He worked for over 10 years as an account director for large international advertising agencies, managing multimillion-dollar advertising accounts for large global organisations. He then functioned for 3 years as Director of Marketing of a French company based in the UK and 7 years as Managing Director of a London based Public Relation and Communication consultancy.

Since 1997, Philippe has been working as a consultant, certified coach and facilitator specialising in leadership across cultures and international strategic alliances, joint venture and post fusion cultural integrations at senior level. His clients include some of the top ten FT 100 companies and other major global organisations throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.

Philippe has studied business law and completed a Master’s degree in Economics in France. He has numerous qualifications in profiling and training methods. Philippe is multilingual, and can deliver coaching and training programmes in Spanish, English and French.
