Internal quality control of tutors

Our recruitment procedures for tutors are fully in line with standards imposed by Accreditation UK, and include :-
validation of qualifications and relevant experience
face-to-face interview with Academic Manager and Client Manager
check of references
baseline security checks

Key Performance Indicators

For all major contracts we agree with our client a series of KPIs. Adherence to the KPIs is reported quarterly, and reviewed in meetings with the client.

Statutory Compliance

Health and Safety – full range of up-to-date policies and implementation records
Data security – registered with the Information Commissioner
Insurance – includes professional indemnity cover
Financial Accounts – up-to-date and filed at Companies House
