Good Customer Service

 

This course develops the key skills for front-line communications, promotes active listening skills, empathy and the importance of good customer care for the development and maintenance of business.


Participants will take part in a number of scenarios during the course, some of which will be videoed and will be assessed by the trainer.

Practise a variety of situations and outcomes
Analyse the causes of poor customer care

Learn to say ‘no’ constructively
Improve self-awareness and develop active listening
Learn to recognise and use diplomatic language and body language
Investigate ways of promoting good customer care in your team
