About cookies
This policy explains how Professional Language Solutions Ltd ("Language Solutions", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.langsols.com and our online Hub.

Some are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies); others stay for a set period (persistent cookies).
This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

Your choices
When you first visit our site, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. We only set functional, analytics or third-party cookies if you agree. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them.
You can change your mind at any time:
• On our site: use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
• In your browser: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The help pages for Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari explain how.
• Google Analytics: you can opt out across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
If you block all cookies, some parts of our site and Hub, such as logging in, may not work.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The latest version will always be on this page. This version was last updated in September 2026.
If you have questions about cookies, contact our data protection lead, at webenq@langsols.com, or write to Professional Language Solutions Ltd, 263–265 Battersea Park Road, London SW11 4NE.
