This is information about you that you give us by filling in paper and/or electronic forms on our website or by corresponding with us. It includes information you provide when you enrol on our Client Hub or VLE (Virtual Learning Environment). HOW WE STORE PERSONAL DATA
All data that we gather from you is stored within the UK, apart from data collected in our international operations about data subjects who are not EU citizens. Data gathered in the EU is only processed by staff within the EU. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your contract, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data or permitting us to collect your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored securely. Refer to our Data Security and Data Retention Policy. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) User Credentials which enable you to access certain parts of our site, such as the Client Hub, Blog, Virtual Learning Environment, you are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. We will never ask you for your password, and we ask you not to share a password with anyone.
