Our founder and Group Managing Director, Crispin has 30 years’ experience of starting up and overseeing high-stakes language training and assessment programmes across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. A graduate in English, Crispin also speaks Italian, French and German.

Gabriela is our Finance Manager. She has a degree in accountancy and professional accountancy qualifications from the UK. Gabriela has 5 years’ experience of our language contracts with both corporate and government customers. She is a native speaker of Romanian and speaks fluent English.

Simon is our Chief Product Officer. He has 25 years of industry experience managing international projects in over a dozen countries, and has particular expertise in  developing specialist assessments and courses. He has a BSc, MA, CELTA, DELTA and a NEBOSH safety qualification, and also speaks Thai.

Jane is a Client Manager. She has a degree in teaching English and Portuguese , and 20 years’ experience in the UK as a Portuguese language teacher, assessor and programme coordinator. Jane is a native speaker of Portuguese and also speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Delphine is a Client Manager. She has a Masters degree in teaching French, and 20 years experience in the UK, EU, South America and Africa. Delphine also has experience in translation, international operations and diplomatic affairs. Delphine is a native speaker of French and also speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Dana is responsible for International Sales and Business Development. She has over 20 years’ experience in finance, marketing and operations roles and has lived and worked in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Dana is a native speaker of Slovak and also speaks English and German.

Narmina is the Country Manager for our operation in Azerbaijan, responsible for all our contracts in the Caspian region. Narmina has a degree in applied mathematics as well as an MBA, and 20+ years’ business experience. She is a native speaker of Azerbaijani and speaks fluent English and Russian.
